This case study gave me the opportunity to apply diagnostic literacy testing on a student. After testing was given, I was able to use data to create a case study. This study focused on a specific goal for improving the learning of this student. It gave me the opportunity to test, gather data and create a learning plan to meet the needs of the student.

This project allowed me to learn about different children's literature. I had to use my own knowledge of the many aspects of good children's literature and create a position of whether or not it met qualifications of award winning children's literature. This project allowed me to rely on my own knowledge in order to critically analyze children's literature.

This project gave me the opportunity to analyze several different children's literacy data. I was able to practice picking out certain characteristics of their literacy learning, highlighting what skills they have or have not yet attained. It also gave me the opportunity to use the data to create a plan in order to help with their literacy deficits.

This project gave me the opportunity to study several different areas of inquiry within the classroom, specifically within the literacy area of the classroom. This project allowed me to reflect on ways in which to use narrative inquiry within the classroom, as well as how narrative inquiry can help to improve daily teaching and connection with your students.

This paper gave me the opportunity to reflect on my work during my children's literature course. I was able to use what I had learned to analyze the meaning of a quote. This paper brought together all of the ideas we had learned during the course and discuss how this course would change the way we teach.

This project gave me the opportunity to reflect on the content presented throughout the course. I was able to think critically about how I was going to use the information given to me and how it changed the way in which I taught children's literature within the classroom.

This paper gave me the opportunity to develop ethnographic and observing skills. It allowed me to understand the benefits of observing and how this can help within the classroom setting.

This project gave me the opportunity to observe problematic behavior within the classroom setting. I used these observations and research behind specific behavior problems to create a behavior modification plan. This plan allowed for opportunity to accommodate difference children based on their needs in order to be successful, especially within the literacy aspect of the classroom.

This project helped me to understand the key motivational factors within the classroom. It gave me the opportunity to address a motivational issue within the literacy context. I was able to observe and gather data on the motivational issue. I then created a motivational plan to help the student become more successful and motivated during literacy time within the classroom.
